We are looking for an
AI-First Full Stack
WordPress Engineer
who builds clean, scalable, and performance-optimized
WordPress solutions while actively leveraging AI tools to improve productivity,
quality, and delivery speed.
This role is for engineers who already have strong
WordPress fundamentals and want to grow into architectural thinking using AI as
a daily engineering companion, not just an occasional assistant.
Role Overview
As an AI-First WordPress Engineer, you will
contribute to the development of scalable WordPress systems across backend,
frontend, and integrations. You will work closely with senior engineers to
implement well-structured, production-ready solutions while improving engineering
velocity through AI-assisted workflows.
You are not just writing code, you are learning to
build systems that scale, perform, and last.
Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development &
System Implementation

Develop custom themes and plugins
following OOP PHP best practices

Extend WordPress core using hooks, filters,
and actions

Integrate third-party services and APIs

Assist in performance
optimization and caching implementations
Full Stack Development
Backend:

This is an AI-First role. You should actively use
AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) in your development workflow to:

3–4 years of WordPress development
experience
