What you can expect:
- Independent handling of commercial and administrative tasks within the Data Processing team
- Reviewing incoming inquiries and checking data for accuracy and completeness
- Reviewing, correcting, and post-processing AI-generated and system-preprocessed data
- Entering and processing all relevant data in SAP
- Ensuring high data quality through completeness, plausibility, and quality checks
- Close collaboration with Procurement, Customer Service, and other internal departments
- Active support in the further development, standardization, and optimization of processes
What you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field or professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent English skills, ideally with additional foreign languages
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office; Excel user knowledge is required
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Enjoyment of repetitive tasks
- High reliability and a low error rate

This position is full-time; part-time employment is only possible if the working hours can extend from midday into the afternoon.
