Our modern practice is co-owned by our principal dentist, Dr Craig Waring. With the help of a very collaborative Practice Support team, our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We have built a wonderful relationship with our local community and are proud of our loyal patient base.

Our practice boasts a fresh feel throughout in a standout position on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and Bondi Avenue. This provides an environment for you to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and build long-lasting patient relationships.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled OHT to cover parental leave from early May 2026 to mid-Jan 2027. This casual role includes Saturdays, plus one other day (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), with the option to pick up additional shifts across the group if desired.

You’ll focus on perio and recall cleans, support Invisalign under the provider, and see children, providing preventive and restorative care along the way.

Ideally, you’re full-scope, confident placing Invisalign buttons and bonding ortho wires, and love building genuine, long-term patient relationships. If that sounds like you, we’d love to welcome you into our friendly, supportive team!

About You

You’ll play a key role in supporting the clinical team and delivering excellent patient care through:

• Valid Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)
• Qualified Oral Health Therapist in Australia
• AHPRA registration (without restriction), including indemnity insurance & radiation licence
• Full adult scope preferred
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care for our growing clientele
• Committed to ongoing education to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Confident, energetic, and capable of building strong relationships with patients and team members
