As a Leasing Staff, your primary responsibility will be to seek and secure tenants for our commercial spaces, ensuring maximum occupancy and building lasting partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in document handling, reporting, and using Microsoft Office or social media for promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract potential tenants for commercial spaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring alignment with company targets.
• Manage leasing documents and create detailed, accurate reports.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
