This on-site, office-based position plays an important role in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment while supporting a team that works across both administrative and manufacturing spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Welcome visitors, oversee sign-in procedures, and notify team members of guest arrivals
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Maintain kitchen and breakroom areas, including light cleaning, restocking, and preparing coffee
- Monitor and replenish first aid kits and basic facility supplies
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting preparation
- Support inventory corrections and assist with annual physical inventory processes
- Assist with coordinating employee appreciation activities
- Scan and organize documentation into appropriate digital folders
- Print and prepare job packets for production teams
- Maintain and update emergency evacuation folders and related safety documentation
- Keep common areas organized and presentable
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Experience and Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating office equipment (printer, copier, scanner)
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of reliability and consistency in attendance and follow-through
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay productive, identify tasks, and take initiative during slower periods
- Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Positive, dependable, team-oriented attitude
