Preparation and maintenance of Control Plans, FMEA, MSA, and CAPA procedures (with advanced knowledge of quality methods and tools).
Preparation of technical documentation for customers, particularly according to PPAP/EMPB requirements, and handling of reference standards.
Execution and interpretation of laboratory and functional tests, including management of measuring equipment and procedures.
Handling of customer complaints using structured methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why) and preparation of well‑founded corrective actions.
Coordination of internal and external testing, including organization, communication with service providers, and oversight of compliance.
Conducting internal audits and preparing documented reports in accordance with standards and internal requirements.
Preparation of records, data analysis, and development of professional internal reports.
Educating, training, and mentoring employees in the field of quality analysis and quality control, including the transfer of complex expert knowledge.
Higher education (college or university level) in a technical field (chemical, mechanical, textile, or related).
At least three years of work experience in quality assurance (e.g., as a Quality Engineer, Quality Technologist, or in a similar position).
Good knowledge of automotive industry requirements and standards, especially IATF 16949 and VDA.
Knowledge and practical use of quality methods and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.).
Experience in conducting or leading quality audits is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and reliability in performing professional procedures.
Ability to make sound, well‑reasoned, and timely decisions.
Good knowledge of office tools (MS Office) and ability to work effectively with them.
Active command of Slovene and English (at least B2 level).
Category B driving licence.
