

You will be involved in the drafting of contracts and contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors. You will be a partner to sales, purchasing and the respective project teams, advising, reviewing, maintaining and adapting standard contracts and general terms and conditions, taking into account legislation and case law. You advise and support the project teams in contractual matters from contract initiation to warranty issues. In addition, your tasks include project-accompanying contract management in cooperation with the project teams - especially in the event of problems in contract implementation. You will develop strategies and concepts for claim preparation and defence, carry out contract and risk analyses and play a significant role in the preparation and defence of claims. In disputes, you will be in contact with external lawyers and, if necessary, you will conduct training in contract topics with the project participants.
This job is possible in full-time or in part-time. After the onboarding process, up to 40% of the agreed working hours can be worked on a mobile basis.
