Position Overview
The Cleanroom Operator plays a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of Steritech’s pharmaceutical packing and production activities. You will be responsible for running and maintaining packing equipment, completing batch documentation, ensuring quality and compliance, and maintaining a clean, well-organised manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Operate, monitor, and maintain cleanroom packing and manufacturing equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Perform cleanroom processes to meet strict quality and regulatory requirements.
• Support production activities including product packing, sorting, loading/unloading, and cleaning.
• Accurately complete all batch and production documentation, including product tagging, booking, release, and maintenance records.
• Conduct regular quality control checks, safety inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving operational issues and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and housekeeping within the cleanroom environment.
• Follow all company SOPs, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Uphold a strong safety culture by correctly using PPE, following safe work practices, and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
Key Requirements
Essential
• Previous experience, ideally in either a warehouse environment or a GMP/ISO manufacturing environment.
• QCE level education
• Drivers’ License
