Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must:
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Have basic knowledge about digital marketing or performance marketing, especially in areas such as Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Analytics.
- Be able to assist in the creation of End to End campaign: set-up, launch, measure and optimize campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Be willing to participate to strategic planning, budgeting & execution, according to clients' requirements
- Have a basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email and display advertising.
- Understand and have experience with tools such as Google Ads Editor and Facebook Business Manager.
- Be Google Ads Certified in Search, Shopping, Display & Video Advertising
- Be able to assist in producing custom reports in Google Data Studio and advanced presentations
- Be willing to have a successful day to day contact with the clients
- Be willing to follow the latest developments about internet marketing techniques and practices
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be passionate about the online industry and eager to learn and grow.
- Be comfortable working in a team and on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting in the setup, launch, measurement, and optimization of end-to-end campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and campaign execution based on client objectives.
- Proposing advertising strategies that span branding and performance, including SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Display Advertising.
- Creating custom reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio.
- Producing engaging and visually appealing presentations for internal and client use.
- Maintaining day-to-day client communication and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and performance.
- Staying current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Desirable Skills
It should be taken into consideration if you:
- Have prior experience in a similar position, in an Agency environment
- Have experience with Programmatic Advertising
- Are confident in using other Social Media Ad Platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads
- Have a sound understanding of e-commerce
- Have knowledge of Analytics fundamentals and past experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Have expertise with Excel, Google Spreadsheets (scripting desirable), Google Forms
- Have Facebook Blueprint & Google Analytics Certifications
- Are familiar with email marketing platforms
- Have a degree in Business, Marketing & Advertising or similar
