Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and analyze user interviews, usability testing, and tree testing to validate information architecture and user journeys.
- Leverage tools such as Contentsquare, Userlytics, and Google Analytics to generate actionable insights and measure user experience performance.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Work closely with Designers and Business stakeholders to translate research findings into design recommendations.
- Build research frameworks and maintain research documentation to ensure knowledge-sharing across teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a UX Researcher (preferably in eCommerce domain).
- Hands-on experience with research and analytics tools such as ContentSquare, Userlytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proven track record in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and tree test mapping.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with UK or European user demographics is a strong advantage.
