THE ROLE:
The Enrollment Coordinator manages onboarding and compliance for providers within the Disability Services division. This role ensures all hiring and compliance requirements are completed accurately and timely, including employment eligibility verification, background clearances, certifications, and documentation standards. The Enrollment Coordinator partners closely with Regional Centers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure providers are fully cleared and matched to consumers while maintaining audit-ready records and ongoing compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process for EOR providers, ensuring all employment and compliance requirements are completed
Conduct daily follow-ups with applicants in the hiring pipeline to drive timely file clearance
Verify employment eligibility, background check clearance, CPR/First Aid certifications, and required documentation
Maintain accurate candidate and provider status updates in Salesforce, Annkissam, and other tracking systems
Coordinate and manage enrollment for interns participating in the Paid Internships Program (PIP)
Partner with Regional Centers to confirm funding, provide updates, and support annual reporting and audit requirements
Monitor and maintain ongoing provider compliance, ensuring files remain current and audit-ready
This is a hybrid position, coming into the Oxnard office 1x per week.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, compliance, or administrative support roles
Experience working in healthcare, social services, or regulated environments preferred
Ability to manage high-volume follow-ups and documentation processes
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Problem-solving and sound judgment
Proficiency in CRM and case management systems (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a proactive, service-oriented mindset

The expected California Pay Range for this position:$21.84—$23.89 USD
