THE ROLE
As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll design and deliver data-driven, personalised customer journeys that enhance experience and drive measurable growth. Working across global B2C and B2B brands, you’ll optimise our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and support CRM teams with audience creation, journey design, automation and personalisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping lifecycle marketing strategies while contributing to our exciting roadmap toward Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud on Core and Agentforce. This is a hands-on technical and strategic role for someone who loves turning insights into smart automations that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support global CRM teams with campaign execution, journey builds and personalisation
- Build and manage audiences using SQL and maintain data integrity
- Design, optimise and troubleshoot lifecycle automations and workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and develop reporting dashboards
- Document processes and provide platform training and support
- Stay up to date with Salesforce capabilities and contribute to platform evolution
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Ampscript and HTML
- Experience building journeys, automations and audience segments
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to train and support others
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is required. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly regarded.
