Innofacturing Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Yuen Long)

Job descriptions:

• Pre-sales assistant to sales in tender bid of various projects participating in the overall selling cycle. This includes development of technical proposal, presentation and specific pricing scheme.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and various parties (internal / external) to ensure the smooth implementation of projects and meet the project timeline;
• Prepare documentation on the whole project cycle, including project plan, functional specification, UAT plan, operation workflow, operation manual and cost calculation etc.;
• Attend customer / sales meeting to provide technical and operational solution according to clients requirement;
• Provide primary contact and support between customers and sales teams on day to day project related technical issues

Job requirement:

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Computer Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in project cost, timeline, resources and user expectation management, vendor management, contract and change management
• Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and able to understand and implement client requirements
• Self-motivated, energetic and organized. Flexible and be able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Holder of PMP certificate would be a big advantage
