We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager & Clinic Manager to lead our Norwest clinic. In this dual role, you’ll combine clinical leadership of the nursing/ Day Surgery team with overall management and growth of the clinic, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding patient care, and strong engagement with doctors.
This is a pivotal position where your leadership will directly impact the clinic’s performance, team development, and patient experience.

We're looking for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager with a Day Surgery background who is ready to step into a broader clinic leadership role and make a real impact.
About You
You're an AHPRA-registered Nurse with a proven track record in leadership within fertility, women's health, or a related clinical setting. You bring a strong ability to manage both people and operations — balancing the day-to-day running of a busy clinic while fostering a motivated, high-performing team. You naturally build trusted relationships with medical staff and are driven by a genuine commitment to operational excellence, outstanding patient experiences, and sustainable clinic growth.
