Currently we are in the market for a Dr PA/ Medical Receptionist working directly with one of our Fertility Specialists in their East Melbourne rooms on a permanent, full time basis. This role will see you providing a range of administration and reception tasks, ensuring an exceptional experience for every single patient. Your scope of duties will include;
We are looking for an experienced Doctor's Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team, someone with a background in supporting a specialist practice. Proficiency in GenTu software is ideal (however not essential), along with strong technical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
In this position, you will assist a busy Fertility Specialist, so a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are crucial for your success. As the first point of contact for the practice, you will be dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience for every patient.

You bring discretion and empathy to every patient interaction, understanding that those seeking fertility treatment may be navigating an emotional and complex journey. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to manage sensitive conversations with confidence and compassion. You are comfortable working autonomously, anticipating the needs of your specialist before they arise, and always bringing a solutions-focused mindset to your work.
