To reach our ambitions, we’re expanding the team with a Fullstack Developer. In this role you will work at the heart of a product-driven company, collaborating closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and designers to create solutions that truly make a difference.

As a Fullstack Engineer at Spond, you will help us scale, optimize, and innovate our platform. You will work across the stack, balancing backend development with frontend responsibilities. While the exact split may vary, you should be comfortable contributing to both areas, ensuring smooth integration between backend services and frontend applications. You will have the freedom to experiment with new technologies while optimizing existing services and delivering a seamless user experience. 

Your work will involve:

• Developing and scaling backend microservices in Java (Spring Boot, JPA) on AWS/Kubernetes
• Building and maintaining frontend components using React and TypeScript
  
• Optimizing system performance and scalability for a high-traffic platform
• Implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices, including CircleCI, ArgoCD, and Terraform
• Collaborating closely with product teams and fellow developers to ensure technical solutions provide real user value
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and monitoring systems to ensure seamless operation
