Role Detail
Joining our high performing Business Development & Marketing team, this role will support the development and preparation of market-leading bids and proposals to deliver growth opportunities in Australia and internationally. The role is also responsible for developing and maintaining bids content, tools and templates.
Reporting to a Senior Client Relationship Manager and working in close collaboration with other Strategic Pursuits & Bids professionals, this exceptional opportunity represents a chance to develop and enhance your career in a broad business development and marketing role with recognised leaders in their field - where you'll be both challenged by and exposed to a number of development opportunities.
This 12mth contract will have a primary focus on supporting our Government Sector on tenders and pitches, plus our pivotal Disputes Resolution (DR) practice group. You will be seen as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for bids in these spaces, working closely with the BD team that supports these areas, acting as a vital link to the wider team.
With flexibility to be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra or Melbourne, and a balanced approach to WFH, key responsibilities to this dynamic role will be:

At this level you will be able to confidently put together a solid first draft of a bids/pursuit and capability statement, and eager to continue to hone your expertise in this area. You will enjoy working autonomously but also enjoy the support from senior BD members.
