Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Observe, map, and analyze current state processes across various site functions (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, maintenance) to identify bottlenecks, non-value-added steps, and opportunities for optimization
- Project Management: Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation through completion, including defining scope, setting measurable goals, tracking progress, and reporting results to site leadership.
- Methodology Application: Apply Lean principles (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Poka-Yoke) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) to solve complex operational problems and drive sustainable change.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor site personnel on continuous improvement tools and techniques, fostering a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
- Standardization: Work with process owners to develop and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for improved processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure gains are sustained over time.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with pivot tables, data analysis, and process improvement

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
