Misselwood Events at Endicott College offers exciting opportunities to develop leadership and communication skills through hands-on experience. We are seeking professional, detail-oriented individuals to provide administrative and logistical support for our premier weddings, conferences, and social events. Our positions offer valuable experience that prepares you for a successful career after college.
We are hiring for two distinct tracks. Both roles act as the "face" of Misselwood and Endicott College, ensuring seamless operations and elite guest service.
Duration: April 6, 2026 – October 14, 2026
Hospitality Hosting: Serve as the primary on-site contact for bridal parties and vendors; ensure the Misselwood house and rooms are presentable for clients.
Wedding Operations: Assist Event Managers with ceremony set-up and breakdown, manage hospitality suites, and greet guests to provide direction.
Parking Logistics: Meet and greet guests upon arrival and direct shuttles to correct parking areas.
Duration: April 20, 2026 – August 16, 2026
Program Implementation: Manage group check-ins/outs, linen needs, and meeting room and residence hall preparations for overnight adult/youth conferences and corporate events.
On-Call Support: Serve as a visible representative for groups while in residence day and evening on-call shifts (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM), conducting regular rounds through occupied residence halls 6pm - 11pm,.
Logistical Hosting: Act as a parking attendant and campus host for external groups utilizing Endicott College facilities. (Valid US Driver’s License Required)
To succeed in either role, candidates must demonstrate a passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality.
Availability: Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training for Track 1 begins April 6, 2026. Training for Track 2 begins April 20, 2026. Events begin the first weekend in May 2026.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; light to heavy lifting is required for various event tasks.
Professionalism: Candidates must represent Misselwood and the College with a professional demeanor and appropriate attire for guest interactions.
Core Skills: Strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
Preferred: Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service.
