About the role: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Culture, Diversity and Wellbeing Advisor to support the delivery of initiatives that foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace. The role contributes subject matter expertise and data-informed insights to embed respectful behaviours, strengthen diversity and inclusion practices, and promote employee wellbeing in line with Forensicare’s strategic priorities. In this role you will: • Support the implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing (DEIW) initiatives • Provide advice to leaders and teams on inclusive practices and respectful behaviours • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate inclusive and wellbeing-focused practices • Assist in the development and delivery of programs that build inclusive capability, promote employee wellbeing, and foster a culture of belonging.
About You: You will thrive in this position if you are: • Knowledgeable about DEIW legislation, workplace health requirements and wellbeing frameworks, and how they apply in practice. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly. • A trusted advisor, with experience supporting leaders and teams on cultural and wellbeing matters. • Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
