As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
As the Commercial Manager, you will be the driving force behind commercial strategy execution across the MDS UKI Business Unit. You will lead national pricing strategy, strengthen our market presence, and maximise commercial value across all routes to market. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, B2B, and Distribution teams, you will act as the key commercial voice of BD MDS UK for National Procurement Bodies, the Private Health Sector, and strategic 3PL partners.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for an ambitious commercial leader who thrives in a complex, matrixed environment.
Salary range for the role: £57,400 - £64,000 + benefits
