Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
The role combines infrastructure operations with security leadership, covering Microsoft hybrid environments, virtualization (VMware), endpoint security and identity protection, while driving modernization, resilience and standardization across the IT landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field
- Experience in IT infrastructure and/or security projects
- At least 5 of experience in Systems / Infrastructure / IT Operations or Project Management roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server administration and Microsoft 365
- Solid experience in VMware virtualization (vSphere, clusters, HA, storage concepts)
- Experience operating endpoint protection/security tooling (Microsoft Defender technologies or equivalent)
- Good understanding of security fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in Project Management tools, such as MS Project, JIRA etc
- Proven experience in people management of cross-functional teams for the execution of previous projects as IT PM
