We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team at SAVR. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career - for example, a recent graduate - who wants to build a solid foundation within a fast-growing fintech company.
You’ll work closely with our Accounting Manager and be part of the day-to-day accounting processes, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of finance tasks. If you’re curious, structured, and ready to grow, you’ll have plenty of room to do so here.
Support the accounting function to ensure accurate, timely, and well-structured financial records
Contribute to the monthly close process and gradually take on increased responsibility as you grow
Manage ongoing bookkeeping and perform monthly reconciliations
Support year-end closing and audit processes
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and other internal stakeholders
Have a genuine interest in accounting and a strong desire to learn and develop
Have prior experience in accounting, or are about to graduate with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Have basic experience with accounting systems (experience with Fortnox is a plus), or are adept at quickly learning new systems
Have solid Excel skills and feel comfortable working with data
Are structured, impact and detail oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others
You have high agency, a proactive approach to tasks and learning and moving forward without detailed direction
Are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
