The Professional Services team offers support on Menu changes and interface settings for our customers. Responsibilities involve onboarding new restaurants onto our software, training restaurant employees on how to use our POS, advising store owners on how they can improve their business using technology, and troubleshooting software problems. Responsibilities:
As a member of the Foodtec Professional Services Team, you will be responsible for day-to-day contact with new and existing Foodtec customers. As a Restaurant POS Analyst, your responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
