This role is responsible for winning new business, expanding key accounts, and building long-term customer relationships in precision manufacturing markets.This is a role for a true hunter—someone who brings established industry relationships, understands how to navigate engineering-driven organizations, and can convert opportunities into long-term customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own and grow the Southeast territory through new and existing customer development
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Build trusted relationships across engineering, sourcing, and leadership teams
- Expand share of wallet within strategic accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce
PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Electronics & Semiconductors, Energy & Industrial, Medical, or DentalWHAT YOU BRING:- 5–8 years of B2B technical or manufacturing sales experience
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business
- Established network and relationships within target industries
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and win work
- Experience managing complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
- Willingness to travel 50%+
