Healthworks is expanding our national team of passionate health professionals, and we’re looking for reliable, energetic, and people-focused clinicians to deliver workplace health checks across a variety of corporate client sites.

About the Role

As a Healthworks Clinician, you’ll work on-site with our corporate clients to deliver preventative health screening services in a structured, supportive environment. Your day will include a mix of health assessments and participant engagement, helping employees understand their results and take steps toward healthier living.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting workplace health checks, including: Blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, height, weight, BMI, Lifestyle assessments
• Providing practical health education and personalised advice
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
• Following established clinical protocols and upholding high standards of care
• Communicating clearly and professionally with participants and client contacts
• Supporting additional services where qualified (e.g., skin checks, mental health programs)

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Exercise Physiology, or Exercise Science
• Current AHPRA or ESSA registration
• First Aid and CPR certification
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong attention to detail, with confidence working independently or in small teams
• A friendly, professional communicator who enjoys helping others
• Experience in health assessments or corporate health is beneficial but not essential
