Develop business strategies, products screening/sourcing, products inventory management and actively response to trends in current market environment in a timely manner that will contribute the growth and profitability of assigned target.
Work closely with internal and external business units, projects, operations and related units to ensure effectively and timely product/service offering, referrals and deal execution
Develop and improve strategic marketing plans and positioning to distribution channel and clients in a timely and cost-efficient manner
Perform any other duties as and when instructed by Head
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related fields
Minimum 2 years experience in investment and financial banking
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and selling skill
Highly motivated, inquisitive, and resourceful with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
