Greenvolt Next Greece, one of the fastest‑growing providers of Distributed Generation (DG), Solar‑as‑a‑Service, Battery Storage Solutions (BSS), and digital energy services in Europe, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative - Northern Greece .
The Regional Sales Representative will support the Regional Sales Manager in executing the commercial strategy, developing the local sales pipeline, and managing day-to-day customer interactions across the C&I, Solar, DG, and BSS segments.
The role combines field activity, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of commercial actions in the region.
This position operates from a home office in Thessaloniki and covers the broader Northern Greece area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in implementing the commercial plan for Northern Greece (C&I, Solar, DG, BSS).
- Conduct market scans to identify new leads, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Manage initial outreach, qualification of leads, and preparation of sales materials and proposals.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, follow up actions, and internal communications.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and support forecasting processes.
- Prepare commercial documentation, technical input requests, and pricing files in collaboration with engineering, finance, and legal teams.
- Support negotiation processes under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in a relevant area (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, MBA. Electrical Engineering degree is a plus).
- Effective communication and rapport-building skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, ideally within Renewable Energy, C&I, Solar PV, DG, or BSS markets.
- Experience in client-facing roles and supporting sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently in a field/home office environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Power BI for basic reporting
- Excel & PowerPoint for commercial presentations and analysis
- Use of AI-enabled Microsoft tools (Copilot) for reporting, analysis, and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to travel across Northern Greece when needed.
