Tasks
As an Assistant Business Development based in Greece, you will take on a diverse and multifaceted range of responsibilities:
- Assistance with responding to RfPs;
- Support for partner events, trade fairs, and conferences;
- Updating and documentation of guidelines and processes;
- Taking ownership of your own projects;
- Correspondence with suppliers and partners.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or a university degree, preferably with a business background; career changers from the Executive Assistant field are also welcome;
- Structured and reliable working style with excellent self-organization and coordination skills;
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing circumstances;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Confident and professional demeanor;
- Relevant experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility;
- Team-oriented mindset with a genuine enjoyment of collaboration;
- Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts;
- You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states.
