What you will do?

• Deliver high quality beverage service to members and their guests across the Main Gaming Floor
• Prepare, present, and serve a range of beverages, utilising strong wine and beverage knowledge
• Provide friendly, professional and attentive customer service at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive guest experience

More about you

• Food safety certification, or willingness to obtain
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certificates, or willingness to obtain
• Demonstrated experience delivering strong customer service in a team‑based environment
• Availability to work across a 7‑day roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
