Summary:
This onsite Intern role is focused on supporting improvements to daily operations. The individual will assist with projects, document processes, provide training support, and report on performance. This position requires close collaboration with teams such as Operations Engineering, Supply Chain, and the Fulfillment Center to enhance execution efficiency and operational visibility.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Project Management
Project Support: Provide assistance in the coordination, tracking, and follow-up of operations-related projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison across Operations Engineer, Supply Chain, and Fulfillment Center to facilitate seamless project execution.
Facility & Systems: Offer support for facility management activities and actively participate in system update initiatives (e.g., WMS implementation).
Onsite Engagement: Engage directly with daily operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end workflows.
2. Process Optimization & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Documentation: Define, document, and meticulously maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures and process flow diagrams.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing process efficiency through systematic observation and foundational analysis.
Training: Support the deployment of new processes by assisting with onsite training delivery and updating corresponding documentation.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Dashboard Management: Construct and maintain Tableau dashboards for tracking and visualizing operational performance metrics.
Metrics & Reporting: Systematically collect, organize, and synthesize data to support regular operational reviews and reporting requirements.
Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits and validation of data sources to ensure accuracy, clarity, and reliability for internal business consumers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with the ability to conduct data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is required.
Execution & Mindset: Strong execution skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and master new domains with precision.
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
Availability: Ability to work onsite as required.( 20 or 40 hours per week)
$22 hourly
